| Multiple Packages: |
| Due to logistical considerations and to ensure the safety and security of our products during transit, orders comprising multiple jewelry pieces may be shipped in separate packages.This is to prevent damage, loss, or any inconvenience that may occurduring transportation. |
| Tracking information: |
| Once your order has been shipped,you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details, allowing you to monitor the progress of yourpackage. |
| Customs Fees: |
| The goods will be imported on behalf of the customer/buyer. The customer authorizes BondLove to import the goods on his behalf. The customer/buyer agrees BondLove may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker).The customer will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods. |
